One in five working women in India feels that her company has a 'favorable bias' towards the male counterparts, reveals LinkedIn's Opportunity Index&nbsp;2021 report. The study was conducted on&nbsp;10,000 people aged&nbsp;between 18-65 from across&nbsp;the Asia Pacific region.&nbsp;2,285 respondents were from India, out of which 1,223 were males and 1,053 females.&nbsp;The report brings to light the difference in opinion about the&nbsp;inequality in pay and opportunity available. While 37% of women feel that they get fewer opportunities than men, only 25% agree with it. Likewise, 37% of women feel they are paid less and in contrast, only 21% of men feel the same way. Almost 85% of women feel they have missed out on a salary raise, promotion, or work offer as opposed to the regional average of 60%. 89% of women feel that they have been negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite these grim statistics, around 66% of people in India believe that gender equality has improved as compared to their parents' time.&nbsp;&nbsp;
