She was undergoing treatment for the deadly disease at the&nbsp;National Heart Institute for the last 11 days.
Known as the 'God Mother of Cardiology' she was working 12 hours a day and 5 days a week at NHI&nbsp;till 2015.
In 1954, she also founded&nbsp;North India&rsquo;s first Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory at&nbsp;Lady Hardinge Medical College.
