Cricket Australia has announced a detailed schedule of India's tour down under which starts with the 3-match T20 series from October 11, followed by the World T20. Team India is then scheduled to play 4 Tests and 3 ODIs there. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the 3 T20Is in October might not happen as the Indian team is not keen to travel to Australia twice in a span of 3 months. With the travel requirements requiring the players to go in quarantine for 14 days due to the pandemic, the T20I series looks uncertain. Moreover, if the World T20 is postponed, which is highly likely, BCCI may try to fit in the IPL in that October-November window.
