Chinese tech giant Huawei has now confirmed that it will launch the Watch GT 2 in India on December 5. Last week, the ‘Notify Me’ page listing had gone live suggesting that the smartwatch will be available exclusively via Amazon and Flipkart. The new wearable offers a host of new features, including 15 sports modes, 10 training modes, an enhanced music player and Bluetooth voice calls. Both the 42mm and 46mm models come with a 1.39-inch always-on OLED display, run on the Kirin A1 chipset, and claim a 14-day battery life. The GT 2 was first launched in Europe at a starting price of €229 (~₹17,990).
