Chinese tech giant Huawei has unveiled a 5G version of the 10.8-inch MatePad Pro it introduced in November last year. The new MatePad Pro 5G comes with a Kirin 990 5G chipset with an integrated 5G modem, Mali-G76 GPU, 8GB of RAM and slim bezels that, according to Huawei, makes for 90 per cent screen-to-body ratio. It also packs nifty features up its sleeve, including wireless charging, the ability to mirror the screen of a paired smartphone and a Multi-Window feature that lets you open up to three apps simultaneously. The MatePad Pro 5G comes along with a magnetic Smart Keyboard and a stylus called the Huawei M-Pencil that provides 10 hours of juice on full charge. Huawei says the 5G version of the new tablet will be available in select markets from June at €799 and the WiFi version with M-Pencil for €749.
