India celebrates its most joyous festival Holi, amid a sharp spike in Covid cases. Although many states have imposed restrictions, thousands of devotees in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain and UP's Mathura, Vrindavan gathered together to dance and relish the festival of colors. While enjoying themselves people are seen brazenly flouting the Covid-19 protocols. The devotees in Ujjain, Mathura, and Vrindavan who were dancing to the tunes of religious songs can be seen without masks, defying social distancing norms as they splash colours on each other and celebrate Holi. While in Assam, devotees of Lord Krishna took out a procession in Dibrugarh on the occasion of Holi.
