The Summer/Resort 2019 edition of Lakmé Fashion Week just came to a close in Mumbai. Here is our roundup of some of the best shows from the five-day fashion extravaganza. Aneeth Arora's brand pero tied up with The Woolmark Company and Bhuttico Kullu Shawls to create a unique 'Grown in Australia, Made in India' collaborative collection. Fashioned for millennials, Shivan and Narresh used indigenous art forms from Bengal, Odisha & Andhra Pradesh in a luminous colour palette. Vaani Kapoor turned showstopper in a dance-friendly red ruffled dress at the show. Tapping into star power, Indian couturier Raghavendra Rathore cast not one or two but three megastars to showcase his collection made exclusively with hand-woven textiles. Jahnvi and Anil Kapoor were joined by Ranveer Singh on the runway.
