Govinda says he refused a role in James Cameron's 'Avatar'

Jul 30, 2019 11:31 IST

Govinda recently made a rather bizarre revelation on Rajat Sharma's 'Aap Ki Adaalat' that Hollywood director James Cameron had offered him a role in his cult sci-fi film 'Avatar'. Govinda revealed that he rejected the offer because Cameron wanted him to shoot for 410 days and cover his body with paint during the shoot, and he did not want to put paint on his entire body. The actor even claimed that he was the one who suggested the title 'Avatar' to director James Cameron.
