Keep yourself hydrated for that flawless look and perfect glow. Drinking sufficient water will allow your body to get rid of the toxins and help you achieve healthy skin. You can even add a dash of lemon to your water as it helps maintain the alkalinity and acidity levels of the body. Don't forget to use a hydrating moisturiser! This will leave your skin feeling soft, supple and ready for the festivities. 

Get moving! Post workout glow is for real. The only way to open the pores of your skin is through exercise. It not only gets your skin glowing, but also enhances the flow of oxygen and nutrients in the body and boosts the production of collagen.

What are celebrations without some soul satisfying food? While it may be hard for you to resist delectable sweets and comfort food, make sure you get your fair share of fruits and vegetables. Your skin is a good indicator of overall health! Add those carrots, sweet potatoes, bell peppers and spinach to your diet- they're all rich in beta carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A. Tomatoes are also considered excellent for radiant skin, as they contain lycopene and vitamin C, known to protect the skin cells from harmful UV rays and prevent wrinkling.
