Get your meditation postures right

Meditation helps you relax, rejuvenate and recharges your body and your mind. But, what is really the correct way to meditate? Yoga guru Meher Munjal of Yoga Connect shows us three easy postures that you can help you start your meditation practice. You can pick and choose any depending on your comfort. The first yoga posture for meditation is the Half Lotus Pose (Ardha Padmasana) in which you sit cross-legged and fold your hands in Chin Mudra. The second yoga posture is when you sit in Padmasana or the Lotus Pose. The third meditation posture is Seiza Pose or Vajrasana in which you sit on your heels and keep your hands open on your thighs. Remember to breathe deeply and relax.
