Frank Lampard's return to the Stamford Bridge as Chelsea's manager edges closer, after his current club Derby county allowed the Blues to conclude negotiations with Lampard. Derby said in a statement, that they have allowed Chelsea, to speak to Lampard about the vacant managerial position at the club. Lampard spent 13 years at Chelsea from 2001 to 2014, and is the club's record goalscorer with 211 goals. The former England midfielder made 648 appearances for the club, winning 11 major trophies.
