The project is an attempt to construct the world's largest ice carousel, an idea that&nbsp;Kapylehto claims to have come up with in 2017 when he posted a video online of his first creation.
If he succeeds, Kapylehto's circle will dethrone the previous record held by&nbsp;a team in Minnesota in the US who bagged the record for a&nbsp;225 metre carousel.&nbsp;
