From Akshay Kumar's 'Sooryavanshi', to Salman Khan's 'Radhe' to Amitabh Bachchan's 'Chehre', here's a list of Bollywood films that have been postponed due to the Covid-19 crisis.

Starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead, the makers of 'Sooryavanshi' have postponed the film's release date indefinitely owing to the surge in the coronavirus cases. The cop drama was initially slated to release on April 30, this year after being delayed for almost a year.

Kabir Khan's directorial '83', is a film based on former Indian captain Kapil Dev's life and will chronicle India's historic World Cup win in 1983. Starring Ranveer Singh & Deepika Padukone in the role of Kapil & Romi Dev respectively, the film that was initially scheduled to release in 2020 is now expected to release in June this year. However given the current Covid scenario in India, the makers are yet to issue a new statement about the film's new release date.

Actor Salman Khan recently hinted that the release of his much-awaited film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai might be delayed due to rise in Covid-19 cases. Salman added that they're trying their best to release 'Radhe' this Eid but if the lockdown continues then they might have to push it to the next Eid. Directed by Prabhudeva, the film stars Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff & Randeep Hooda among others.

With Kangana Ranaut in the lead, 'Thalaivi' is the biopic of late actress-turned-politician J Jayalalithaa. The film that was earlier scheduled to release on April 23 has now been postponed until further notice due to rise in Covid-19 cases. The film is directed by A. L. Vijay & also features Bhagyashree.

Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi-starrer 'Chehre' that was scheduled to hit theatres in April this year, has also been postponed indefinitely amid the rising cases of Covid-19. Directed by Rumy Jafry, 'Chehre' also stars Rhea Chakraborty, Karan Oberoi, Krystle D'Souza among others.
