A large group of farmers from Punjab have refused to enter Delhi and are demanding a change in the protest site allotted to them in the national capital. Bharat Kisan Union, the largest farmers' union in Punjab has decided to sit on the outskirts of Delhi till they are allowed to protest and Jantar Mantar instead of Nirankari Ground in Burari.
Certain farmers groups are already holding a protest at the Nirankari Ground after the administration allowed them to enter Delhi on Friday evening. They are however claiming at proper arrangements have not been made for them at the protest site.
Meanwhile more farmers from Punjab with tractors and trolleys have set out for the national capital to join the 'Delhi Chalo' march.
