The United Nations has said that the United Arab Emirates has not responded to its request for ‘proof of life’ in relation to missing Princess Latifa bint Mohammed Al Maktoum, the daughter of Dubai’s ruler.
On Friday, the UN spokesperson Marta Hurtado in a briefing said that that the UAE had not responded to its request or clarified the conditions in which Latifa was apparently being held.
The UAE last month said Princess Latifa was being cared for at home by family and medical professionals, however, she was last seen in late 2018.
