Famous star not shining so bright & astronomers are worried

Betelgeuse is one of the brightest stars and a part of the constellation Orion. Surprisingly, the star has not been shining as brightly as it usually does over the last few months and astronomers are worried. The dimming of the star may mean that it could explode soon, according to researchers from the Villanova University in the United States. While it's a variable star, whose brightness changes, it has never faded so noticeably. When will the star explode as a supernova? Scientists are still trying to figure that out.
