Mar 30, 2019 16:00 IST

Tej Bahadur Yadav, a former BSF constable who in 2017 triggered uproar after he uploaded videos on the "substandard food" served to soldiers, has said he will contest the Lok Sabha polls against PM Narendra Modi in Varanasi. The Hindustan Times reported that Yadav has taken the decision to fight as an Independent even though he was approached by many political parties. Yadav who was posted on LoC in J&K has posted four videos which triggered outrage, but the BSF dismissed his allegations.
