ED’s U-turn: 'Dead' witness in Agusta case is alive

Informing a Delhi court that “a little birdie” had told them a key witness in the Augusta Westland scam may be available to face questioning, the Enforcement Directorate changed the status of KK Khosla from dead to alive. The claim by ED’s lawyer comes day after he told the court that Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s nephew Ratul Puri may have killed Khosla, who is a chartered accountant and is missing from months.
