Good news for coffee lovers! Researchers have found that drinking a few cups of coffee daily could help keep prostate cancer at bay and improve your chances of survival by 16 per cent. The study, published in the online journal BMJ Open, showed that regular coffee drinkers were 9 per cent less likely to develop prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the second most common type of cancer. While too much coffee can be harmful, previous studies have also found coffee to help reduce the risk of liver, bowel, and breast cancer.
