Streaming service Disney+ is landing in European markets a week earlier than previously announced. The service will initially be rolled out in the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany from March 24th. Subscribers will have access to original and syndicated content on Disney+, for a price of either EUR6.99 a month, or EUR69.99 annually. Original shows include the Star Wars TV show 'The Mandalorian' among other popular titles, with almost 500 movies and 7,500 TV episodes promised to subscribers. To recall, Disney+ was officially launched in the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the Netherlands in November 2019.
