As a cold wave grips the national capital, a veterinary student in Delhi is ensuring street dogs stay warm. Vibha Tomar, who founded a charity called 'Oscar for Life' collects used tyres, covers the inside with jute rugs and places the tyre beds in different parts of Delhi. So far, she has placed almost 100 such tyres beds so street dogs can survive the harsh winter.
