Delhi's private hospitals run low on ICU beds as Covid-19 cases shoot up

Mar 29, 2021 19:19 IST | By Editorji News Desk

With coronavirus cases increasing rapidly in Delhi, some private hospitals in the national capital have started running out of the beds for Covid-19 patients.

As per the Delhi government's Corona app, four out of the five major hospitals in the capital have no rooms available with ventilators only available in the ICU. Beds with ventilators, however, are available at the government-run hospitals at the moment.

Delhi has been consistently reporting over 1500 infections per day from last five days.
