Delhi recorded 2,889 fresh coronavirus cases on Sunday taking the tally to over 83,077 cases including 2,623 casualties so far, according to the health department&rsquo;s daily bulletin. The capital saw more discharges on Sunday&mdash;3,306 &ndash; taking the total number of recoveries to 52,607, which roughly translates into a 63% recovery rate compared to the national average of 58.5%. A total of 65 deaths were registered in the last 24 hours.&nbsp;The capital has been scaling up its testing capacity consistently to reach 20,080 tests conducted in the last 24 hours.&nbsp;

Amid concerns among some OTT players about the new digital media rules, Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Thursday said his ministry will partner with the industry players to make the audience experience better. He asserted that the guidelines focus on self-classification of content and not on any form of censorship.
Javadekar, after a meeting with representatives of OTT platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotstar and Alt Balaji, also said that they have welcomed the government's new guidelines.
The Centre on February 25 had notified new rules and guidelines for OTT platforms and digital news media, requiring them to make public their details and having a grievance redressal system in place.

The poll panel said that such hoardings and advertisements of govt schemes violate the model code of conduct.
