Death-defying: 2 skiers descent Yosemite National Park's Half Dome

Feb 28, 2021 11:27 IST | By Editorji News Desk

In a daring feat, two skiers scaled down the Half Dome in Yosemite National park, navigating a thin layer of snow. Half Dome rises 5000 feet above the valley and is considered to be a challenge for hikers.

Jason Torlano and Zach Milligan took five hours to complete the death-defying descent, using ropes to rappel through many sections of the bare rock, known as 'death slabs'. They achieved the unique feat last week, one that was a dream for Torlano since he was five!
