Visiting hours extended for 10 monuments in India

India's culture ministry has extended visiting hours for 10 monuments across the country to last till 9 p.m. The earlier visiting hours were 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The timing change will apply to Delhi's Safdarjung Tomb and Humayun's Tomb, the Dulhadeo Temple and Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka's Gol Gumbaz and the Group of Monuments at Pattadakal as well as several other historic places of importance.
