Curd-rice, jaljeera on Air India's menu for international flights

Mar 27, 2019 17:22 IST

Air India is all set to give a complete makeover to its menu on International flights, according to a Hindustan Times report. Come April 1st and it'll serve curd-rice in place of salad on its US-bound flight. Aam Panna and Jaljeera will replace fruit juices as welcome drinks. Fried foods will be avoided and upma and poha will be served. For desserts, they'll offer sweets from well-known Indian confectioners. They wish to focus on better quality and taste along with the health aspect.
