Govt and farmers protesting the new farm laws are meeting today for the second round of talks to end the imbroglio and siege of Delhi by the farmers. Farm leaders are currently at Vigyan Bhavan for the crucial talks. Earlier, the agitating farmers had termed today's talks as the Centre's last chance to call an emergency session of Parliament and repeat the controversial legislations. Before heading for talks, Union agriculture minister Narendra Tomar said that he is hopeful of a "positive outcome". The centre had in the last meet suggested forming a committee to look into the issues, which the farmers have rejected.
