In the face of the coronavirus pandemic that's looming over various countries, the Indian Railways has launched a safety and hygeine campaign coupled with pop culture to spread awareness. From Nawazuddin Siddiqui's dialogue in the Netflix show Sacred Games to SRK's Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, their posts on social media are becoming quite a rage. Apart from spreading awareness on numerous platforms, Indian Railways announced that its catering arm IRCTC has decided to stop serving food on express and mail trains from the 22nd of March until further notice. As a precautionary measure, all food plazas, Jan Aahars, cell kitchens and refreshment rooms will also be closed. In case of demand for onboard services, only Propriety Article Depot items, tea and coffee will be sold, with minimum staff.
