Former Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi's health condition deteriorated with multi-organ failure and has difficulty in breathing, Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed. Gogoi is "completely unconscious", the minister added. The 86-year old veteran Congress politician has been put under invasive ventilation. Gogoi had tested positive for Covid-19 on August 25. He was admitted at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital on November 2 due to post-COVID complications.
