Apr 21, 2021 19:29 IST | By Editorji News Desk

On the brink of a collapse, Delhi's health infrastructure is facing a severe hit as top hospitals continue to report depleting oxygen supply.

India's top private hospital in the national capital, Sir Ganga Ram is the latest in the queue with 58 patients awaiting treatment and 35 waiting outside the hospital for admission.

News wire ANI reported that only 5 hours of oxygen are left at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and among the 58 Covid-19 patients admitted 10 in the intensive care unit

Television channels showed images of people with empty oxygen cylinders crowding refilling facilities as they scrambled to save stricken relatives in hospital.
