Cold and pollution: Delhi double whammy

It's double whammy for Delhi. The Capital is going through a dark, cold and stuffy season. While biting cold has broken 119 year record, pollution levels aren't helping either. Air Quality Index was recorded at 431 in 'severe' category at Anand Vihar on Tuesay morning. The levels stood at 372 which is in 'very poor' category in RK Puram, according to Delhi Pollution Control Committee data.
