A Delhi court on Wednesday sent senior Congress leader P Chidambaram's judicial custody for 14 days in connection with INX Media case. However, the court rejected Enforcement Directorate's plea to give it another day to interrogate the former finance minister. Chidambaram has also been allowed access to home-cooked food in Tihar jail. The court directed Tihar authorities to provide Chidambaram medicines, western toilet, security and separate cell. Talking to media outside the courtroom, P Chidambaram took a swipe at the government over the EU delegation visit to Kashmir.
