Liverpool were made to work hard in their Champions League opener as they came back from behind to beat AC Milan 3-2 in a thriller at the Anfield on Wednesday. 

Fikayo Tomori gifted The Reds lead in just the 9th minute with an own goal. But AC Milan stunned Liverpool with 2 first half goals courtesy Ante Rebic and Brahim Diaz. Mohamed Salah then made up for a missed penalty chance and equalised soon after the break. Jordan Henderson then put Jurgen Klopp's men ahead in the 69th minute with his first Champions League goal in 7 years. Liverpool didn't let go of the advantage then and grabbed all 3 points.
