Asus has announced the new Chromebook Flip CX5 at its virtual CES 2021 event. It is the first 15.6-inch Chromebook Flip to be powered by an 11th Generation Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics, and the laptop features WiFi 6 connectivity, ASUS WiFi Stabilizer technology and dual Harman Kardon-certified speakers. The device gets stylus pen support for drawing and taking notes, as well as support for Google Stadia and NVIDIA GeForce NOW gaming platforms. Keeping the lights on is a 57 Wh battery that promises a battery life of up to 12 hours, and the laptop also delivers up to 16 GB of memory, storage of up to a 512 GB SSD and a microSD card slot for expandability. The Asus Chromebook Flip CX5 will be available in North America starting from Q1 2021.
