Damien Allard from Quebec in Canada is now a proud record-holder.
He grew three-record breaking turnips, thereby breaking the record for the world's heaviest turnip.
The cabinetmaker's first turnip weighed 22.9 kg, the next 24.4 kg and the third weighed a whopping 29.00 kg, Guinness World Records stated.
He spent nearly three years cultivating large turnips and was happy to see the results. His heaviest turnip has a circumference of 138 cm, a height of 35 cm and a width of 46 cm. The previous record was held by a turnip weighing 17.7 kg.
