Carving designer Daniele Barresi can create extraordinary carvings from just about anything. He has exhibited his skills on fruits, vegetables, cheese and even soaps. He uses tools like knives, pens, peel zesters and melon ballers to transfrom something like a basic broccoli or watermelon into a work of art. Barresi has even won several awards and has been featured on TV for his unique work.
