After much deliberation, Cricket Australia confirmed on Monday that the 4th and final Test in Brisbane will go ahead as planned. Team India was reluctant to travel to Brisbane earlier as the City went into harder lockdown protocols and BCCI didn't want its players to go into another quarantine. The Indian board had asked for certain guarantees in writing and are now satisfied. Hence, India will travel to Queensland for the final destination of their tour Down Under. Moreover, the 4th Test, which is scheduled to start from January 15, will allow 50% of the crowd capacity.
