Your late night latte may not have an impact on the quality of your sleep, reveals a new study by the Harvard Medical School and Florida Atlantic University. Researchers analysed the consumption of caffeine, alcohol and nicotine of over 700 people. This was then compared to the participants' sleep data, which showed that while alcohol and nicotine did affect the quality of sleep, caffeine seemed to have no such effect.
