While Vir&nbsp;Das&nbsp;asked if more people received a bill that charged them three times their usual.&nbsp;Expressing his concerns, Dino Morea&nbsp;wrote&nbsp;he literally got a shock to see the bill &amp;&nbsp;there was no surge in electricity, just the bill.</p>
