American aerospace company Boeing would be delivering planes that fly on 100% biofuel by 2030, according to a report in the Guardian.
These commercial airplanes would help reduce the environmental damage from fossil fuel dependency.
The company aims to cut carbon emissions in half by 2050.
These alternative fuels are derived from vegetable oil, animal fats, sugar cane, waste and other sources.
In 2018, Boeing debuted the world’s first commercial flight using 100% biofuel.
