Xiaomi has released a new gaming smartphone, the Black Shark 3S, in China. It features a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rate, 270Hz touch sampling rate and a 17ms latency. The 3S is powered by Qualcomm's second-best Snapdragon 865 chipset, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There’s also a 64MP triple rear camera setup and a 20MP selfie camera. It gets a sizeable 4,720 mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging via USB-C or alternatively 18W via a secondary magnetic port. The smartphone is priced at CNY 3,999 (~₹42,620) for the 12GB+128GB model but the global availability hasn’t been announced yet.
