Xiaomi has announced their first foldable smartphone, the Mi Mix Fold. Unfolded, The Mi Mix Fold features an 8.01-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with support for Dolby Vision. When folded up, the outside screen is a 6.52-inch AMOLED display with a 2520 x 840 resolution, and a 90Hz refresh rate.
Xiaomi claims the hinge can last up to 1 million folds without any issues. The Mi Mix Fold also features four speakers tuned by Harman Kardon, which Xiaomi claims result in 3D panaromic sound.
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 888 SoC, and features up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. It packs a 5,020mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging.
In terms of optics, there's a triple rear-camera setup with a 108MP primary sensor. There's also a liquid lens telephoto camera, which can act both as a macro lens or a 30x hybrid zoom lens. In China, the Mi Mix Fold costs around ₹1,11,000 for the 12GB + 256GB model.
