Diet fads come a dime a dozen and it doesn't help when a major star like Beyoncé is out promoting a 22-day crash diet. The Diva singer recently shared a video called 22 Day Nutrition describing her extreme and expensive vegan diet that helped her bounce back to shape for her Coachella performance after giving birth to twins. The clip begins with her stepping on a weighing scale, showing her weight to be 79 kgs as her voice describes this as "Every woman's nightmare." Needless to say the video has gotten a highly mixed response from fans and critics alike with some feeling disappointed while others rejoicing in her veganism.
