Current Women's World T20 champions Australia is set to be back in action later this year as after the men's summer schedule, Cricket Australia has announced women's fixtures as well. They will take on New Zealand in a 3-match T20 series by the end of September, followed by those many ODIs. Australia will then host India in a 3-match ODI series in January. What will make the stakes even higher is the fact that this series will happen just days before the 2021 World Cup, scheduled to be held in New Zealand. India, New Zealand and the Aussies have already qualified for the mega event.
