At 3.6, Delhi records season's lowest temperature

Delhiites witnessed a bitter cold morning on Wednesday as the mercury dipped to 3.6 degrees Celsius which is the lowest so far in this season. According to the weatherman, the temperature was four notches below the season's average. However, there was relief for the residents with Central Pollution Control Board saying that the pollution levels improved to 'very poor' from 'severe' category.
