Asus has announced its new flagship smartphone series, with two new models--the Zenfone 7 and the Zenfone 7 Pro. Both smartphones feature a rotating camera array like the previous generation, but this time with a triple camera setup that includes a 64MP primary sensor. Both also get 6.67-inch 90Hz OLED screens, a 5,000mAh battery and up to 30W fast charging. There's a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that can also be used as a customisable button, but no IP rating or wireless charging. The Zenfone 7 gets a Snapdragon 865 chip with either 6 or 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, while the Zenfone 7 Pro gets the newer Snapdragon 865+ chip and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. The Zenfone 7 has been priced starting at NT$21,990 (~₹55,800) in Taiwan, with the Zenfone 7 Pro costing NT$27,990 (~₹71,000). There's no word yet on Indian pricing and availability.
