The Realme GT Neo 3 features the new MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, with a Mali 610 GPU. The Realme GT Neo 3 specs also include up to 12GB RAM, and up to 256GB storage, which is further expandable using a microSD card slot.
The Realme GT Neo 3 display is a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1000Hz touch sampling rate, and support for 10-bit colours.
The Realme GT Neo 3 camera is a triple rear setup, with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front is a 16MP selfie camera.
The Realme GT Neo 3 OS is Realme UI 3.0, based on Android 12. The Realme GT Neo 3 is available in 2 battery configurations. The 80W fast charging version comes with a 5,000mAh battery, while the 150W fast charging version comes with a 4,500mAh battery.

OnePlus Nord CE2 Lite specifications include a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz high refresh rate. OnePlus says the refresh rate is dynamic and changes on the fly based on your usage habits to save battery life.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm&rsquo;s Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. The chipset is paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and the storage &nbsp;саn &nbsp;be &nbsp;further &nbsp;exраnded with the help оf а miсrоSD саrd.
For optics, it has a triple rear camera setup, which &nbsp;includes а 64MР main camera lens, a 2MP depth assist camera for portrait shots and a 2MP macro camera.

"India has the largest start up ecosystem...1 in 4 start-ups belong to fintech and increasingly becoming unicorns. 20 unicorns belonging to fintech in last 2-3 years. Digital adoption rate in India as of 2019 was 85% whereas globally it was 64%," said the Finance Minister.
There's a fintech revolution happening in India, and as a country that runs the largest financial inclusion programme in the world, and has highest fintech adoption rate globally, India has a lot to offer.

India is home to one of the fastest growing fintech markets. At $31 billion in 2021, it's the 3rd largest in world, after the US and China. India's fintech market size is estimated to grow at a CAGR of 20% to reach $138 billion by 2023. 
Global leaders from the fintech sector, from the USIBC and the CII member companies also feel fintech can power a free and prosperous Indo-Pacific.
Ambassador Atul Keshap, former diplomat and President of USIBC says, innovation around fintech will be a critical to reach $500 billion in annual trade between the US and India. The fintech sector also offers the chance to meet the needs of Generation Z and Millennials, who are tech-savvy in financial management across all economic categories, including insurance, loan repayment, and purchase or sale or investment of financial assets.

Another big area of focus for the Finance Minister the US semiconductor players. Some call it the ‘brain’ of modern electronics, while others call it the ‘heart.’ Nirmala Sitharaman met representatives of the semiconductor industry in the US urging them to invest in India. 
Last year, the govt also approved a $10bn production-linked incentive scheme to boost semiconductor manufacturing in the country, in a bid to position India as a global hub for hi-tech production. The move is starting to show results. The govt has received five proposals for setting up of semiconductor fabrication and display fabrication units worth Rs 1.53 lakh crore. Not just that, the semiconductor market of India is estimated to touch $63 billion by 2026, as per reports.

With a growth forecast of almost 8% in FY 2023, India is likely to remain the world’s fastest growing major economy over the next few years. With healthy FDI inflows, and the macroeconomic outlook looking stable, the Indian economy is showing steady recovery, post the pandemic.
At a critical time for geo-strategic and geo-economic convergence, the govt hopes that the India-US trade partnership, can make the case for democracy through shared prosperity.

Disinformation in war is not new, but the tools have changed.&nbsp;As the Russian offensive on Ukraine rages on the ground, there's a digital offensive that's making this war far more ominous.&nbsp;

The year is 1941, and German broadcaster Der Chef is reaching the homes of civilians with complaints of corruption in the Nazi ranks, worrying news about German soldiers abroad, and gossip about the wives of officials.&nbsp;His accent, knowledge and loyalty to Hitler suggest that he&rsquo;s a high-ranking officer in the military. German listeners are hooked, and convinced he&rsquo;s bringing them the inside truth on the regime.&nbsp;But here&rsquo;s the real truth - Der Chef doesn&rsquo;t exist. He&rsquo;s been created by a British journalist, Sefton Delmer - in his effort to spread chaos in Germany, leading the psychological war by the Allied powers.&nbsp; Disinformation in war is not new, but the tools have changed. As the <a href="https://www.editorji.com/world-news/un-chief-antnio-guterres-to-meet-with-putin-zelenskyy-to-press-for-peace-1650697401709" target="_blank">Russian offensive</a> on Ukraine rages on the ground, there's a digital offensive that's making this war far more ominous.&nbsp;We often say 'seeing is believing', perhaps not anymore.&nbsp;
Recently, a video of Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky&nbsp;went viral online. He was&nbsp;speaking at a podium bearing the Ukrainian state emblem, in his signature olive green t-shirt and the video seems like just another televised message to Ukrainians. But the message he was conveying in the video was far from his own.&nbsp;Zelensky&nbsp;was asking Ukrainian soldiers to put down their arms and surrender to Russian forces.&nbsp; The one-minute clip was a deepfake - broadcast on Ukrainian TV, possibly by Russian hackers&nbsp; A deepfake is a form of synthetic media which uses AI to create fake images, which can attach a face and voice to another person&rsquo;s body, matching their likeness - to create a doctored video where you can make any person say anything.&nbsp;Now, that video of the Ukrainian president was a bad attempt at a deepfake&nbsp;and&nbsp;it was easily caught.&nbsp;Zelensky&rsquo;s face didn't move, his neck was stiff, complexion off - and so on.&nbsp; Social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube were quick to take it down -&nbsp;Zelensky himself called it a childish provocation&nbsp;

Deepfake videos of Putin announcing peace also did the rounds of social media.&nbsp; Ukraine is also trying to create a narrative to help in morale boosting. The story of the Ghost of Kyiv, was one such example. A fighter pilot who shot down ten Russian jets on day one of the invasion, a high impact video of the combat was also tweeted by Ukranian officials. However, fact checking websites found that the video of the dogfight is from the 2013 PC game Digital Combat Simulator: World.&nbsp;&nbsp; Another piece of fake news that went viral from Kiev was the supposed 13 Ukrainian &lsquo;martyrs&rsquo; who in an act of &lsquo;defiance&rsquo; said &ldquo;Russian warship, go f*** yourself&rdquo; when urged to surrender Snake Island. Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 also sports a dual speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support. For connectivity there&rsquo;s a Thunderbolt 4 port , along with USB-C, microSD, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 price in India has been set at ₹1,20,990 for the 13.3-inch Core i7 model.

It's been a busy week for diplomacy for India, with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on a 2-day visit to meet his 'khaas dost' Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Washington to build on the India-US 2+2 dialogue held earlier this month.
With global geopolitics in a flux, the Russia-Ukraine war figured prominently in the discussion between India and UK PMs, especially with India facing mounting criticism from the West over its position on Russia. It's been a busy week for diplomacy for India, with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on a 2-day visit to meet his 'khaas dost' Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Washington to build on the India-US 2+2 dialogue held earlier this month.
With global geopolitics in a flux, the Russia-Ukraine war figured prominently in the discussion between India and UK PMs, especially with India facing mounting criticism from the West over its position on Russia. Johnson said the UK has raised the issue of Ukraine with India diplomatically, adding that India has historic ties with Russia and everyone understands it.
Addressing the media in a joint statement, PM Modi&nbsp;called for immediate ceasefire and stressed on dialogue and diplomacy to resolve the Russia-Ukraine crisis. New Delhi and Britain's biggest focus was the Free Trade Agreement, and both nations hope to seal the deal by the end of this year.&nbsp;UK PM Boris Johnson said that India &amp; the UK also had a shared interest in keeping the Indo-Pacific region free and open, in the face of growing threats of autocratic coercion.

Crippling sanctions imposed on Russia by the US and other western nations are already showing an impact on the global economy, with rising energy & commodity prices and supply chains hit. 
While the West has signalled a clear decoupling from Moscow, should India brace for impact? Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's visit to the United States this week allayed some fears.
The trip comes close on the heels of the US-India 2+2 dialogue held earlier this month, and is well-timed to steer the bilateral trade relationship between the two nations, in a favourable direction.
Nirmala Sitharaman's agenda is packed. A meeting with the IMF Managing Director; followed by bilateral meetings with Indonesia, South Korea, Sri Lanka; a meeting with World Bank president David Malpass; meetings with US CEOs from the semiconductor, energy and other priority sectors; an address at the Atlantic Council; and, an interaction with the faculty and students of Stanford University.
Things seem to be going well. International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva has lauded India for its well-targeted policy mix to keep the economy resilient. She also praised India’s commitment to support economic growth through capital expenditure.
Although there was some discomfort over India buying discounted oil from Russia to meet its energy needs, the US has not set a "red line".
After the US and China, India is the world's third-largest consumer of oil, over 80% of which is imported.  In 2021, India bought about 12 million barrels of Urals oil from Russia, around 2% of its total imports.
However, since February, India's oil imports from the US have gone up significantly, which is good news for India-US ties. According to officials, India's oil imports from the US are expected to rise by 11% amid criticism over Russia. 
The partnership between the world’s two largest democracies and free-market societies has shown impressive gains. The United States is India's largest trading partner with bilateral trade between the two nations at $113.6bn in 2019-20. India's exports to the US stood at $51.62 bn in 2020-21, while India's imports from the US were about $28.9 bn in 2020-21.
China’s assertiveness is another major reason why both India and the United States seem to be aligned in their economic and trade strategies. Despite divergences on Russia, the US and India understand that ceding the Indo-Pacific region to China may have irreversible consequences.
Therefore, the first step in cementing those ties was to restart the Trade Policy Forum or TPF after a gap of 4 years. US trade representative Katherine Tai met Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal in Delhi last November, to discuss “the full range” of issues affecting their trade relationship.
The Biden administration is also shaping up the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework or IPEF, to economically re-engage with the region, with India taking the lead.
The IPEF will set the US agenda, with a focus on 4 pillars: fair and resilient trade; infrastructure, clean energy, and decarbonization; supply chain resiliency; and tax and anti-corruption. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has called it ‘a fantastic thought’ which will further bolster India-US ties.
“It is a very innovative way of engaging with countries in that region--Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand. PM Modi is looking at it and we will take a considered view. It will bring new traction to the relationship", said the Finance Minister.
Washington understands that India is an important trading partner, so expanding the mandate of the Quad may be another way to shape the regional economic order to counter China’s influence.
Australia, India, Japan, and the United States, represent four of the largest and strongest economies that should be involved in setting the rules of the game, via a trade working group.
Experts have also argued that a bilateral free trade agreement could be the next frontier in the US-India relationship. Simply because it is not sustainable for the world's two largest economies to not have a trade architecture in place between them, and be outside of the Trans-Pacific Partnership. 
Washington & New Delhi are now looking to take bold strides, to show that democracies can deliver.  $500bn in bilateral trade between the two countries, seems like an achievable target. This will position the US-India partnership as a force to reckon with, and provide impetus for global growth.

A Supreme Court bench, headed by the Chief Justice of India, has stayed all proceedings in sedition cases, and asked governments to not file any FIRs under the provision. This comes after the Central government had said that they will reconsider the law, as part of an effort to &lsquo;shed colonial baggage&rsquo;.
Which is great, but what is sedition?
The dictionary definition of the word is the use of words or action that are intended to encourage people to oppose the government.
Although the recent Supreme Court order has stayed this provision, sedition is defined under Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code as both a non-bailable and cognisable offence.
Which means that the police can arrest any accused person without a warrant, and they would not be able to get bail until the case is closed. The recent SC order, however, allows any person currently booked under sedition to apply for bail.
Sedition is also a non-compoundable office, which meant that once charges are filed, they can not be withdrawn, and there can be no settlement. Any accused person had to go through the full trial.

<h2>History of Sedition Law</h2>
The government has called sedition &lsquo;colonial baggage&rsquo;, because it was added to the Indian Penal Code by the British in 1870.
Freedom fighter Balgangadhar Tilak was be convicted for sedition and was sent to jail for 18 months in 1897.
Mahatma Gandhi was also arrested for sedition by the British govt in 1922.
Sedition was originally also a part of the draft Indian constitution, as a restriction on freedom of speech and expression. In 1949, it was dropped from the Constitution but retained in the IPC.
In 1951, Prime Minister Nehru amended Article 19(1)(a) that guarantees fundamental rights, to put in &lsquo;reasonable restrictions&rsquo; on the right to free speech.
Then in 1974, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi made sedition cognisable offence and authorised police to make arrests without a warrant.

<h2>Who can be charged with sedition?</h2>
So, could anyone be charged with sedition? In 1962, the Supreme Court ruled that even strongly worded criticism of the government would be considered within the fundamental right of freedom of speech and expression.
There was, however, a catch. The Court did say that when words or actions have a destructive tendency, or the intent of creating disorder or disturbance, it can be called sedition.
But how exactly does one gauge the tendency or intention behind a word or action?
The vague wording of this order left scope for the government to slap any criticism with sedition, arguing that the words or actions have the tendency or intention to create disorder, or provoke disaffection against the govt.
The accused could approach the court for relief, but remember that this was a non-bailable and non-compoundable offence, and the burden of proof lay with the accused. The process, therefore, became the punishment.
The Chief Justice of India, NV Ramana, in 2021, had said that the law needs to go. He said that the law&rsquo;s conviction rate is very low, and its enormous power can be compared to a carpenter using a saw to cut an entire forest, instead of a tree.
So, are the Chief Justice&rsquo;s concerns about the misuse of sedition law well-founded?
A total of 326 cases were registered in the country under the sedition law between 2014 and 2019.
However, just six persons were convicted under the law, according to Home Ministry's recent data. For the rest, the process became punishment.
While we await the Central government&rsquo;s reconsideration of the sedition law, the point to be noted is that the United Kingdom, which gave India this law, scrapped it back in 2009.

OnePlus Nord CE2 Lite specifications include a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz high refresh rate. OnePlus says the refresh rate is dynamic and changes on the fly based on your usage habits to save battery life.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm&rsquo;s Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. The chipset is paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and the storage &nbsp;саn &nbsp;be &nbsp;further &nbsp;exраnded with the help оf а miсrоSD саrd.

The OnePlus Nord Buds have been launched in India. The OnePlus Nord Buds features 12.4mm drivers, and Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity. The OnePlus Nord Buds specifications also include an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. The OnePlus Nord Buds battery is a 41mAh unit, while the charging case gets a 480mAh battery. OnePlus claims the buds will offer a listening time of 7 hours, and up to 30 hours with the case.
The OnePlus Nord Buds price in India has been set at ₹2,799.

Judicial reforms are sorely needed to clear India&rsquo;s legal logjam. The Chief Justice of India, N.V. Ramana, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have both expressed the need to spruce up India&rsquo;s legal system.
