Dec 31, 2020 17:08 IST

Apple has reportedly removed 39,000 games from the Chinese version of its App Store, in line with a crackdown on unlicensed games by Chinese authorities. Reports say Apple removed over 46,000 apps in total from its store on Thursday, with the firm's deadline to game publishers expiring on December 31. Games affected reportedly include Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Identity and NBA 2K20.
