Apple has officially apologised for the faulty 'butterfly' keyboards on its latest MacBook series. The butterfly keyboard has been implemented on every MacBook since 2015 and users have reported several problems about it online. These included sticky key issues, broken springs and dust stopping keys activating. Apple says customers facing keyboard issues should contact the company's customer service team.
