It can be quite a task getting your teen to eat healthy! They are often picky when it comes to food but these tips by FSSAI will make your task much simpler. 

#1 Bye bye rotis, say to hello rolls | Instead of giving children rotis with vegetables separately, make a roll instead. Serve a freshly chopped salad alongside.

#2 Make the gravy tastier | You can up the nutrition content of gravies by adding mashed pumpkin or bottle gourd in the gravy itself!

#3 Sneak in some healthy ingredients | While making sauces for dishes like pasta, sneak in nutritious ingredients like pureed cauliflowers. They will enhance the vitamin and fiber content.
